A campaign is a single instance of a Site Agent's message being conveyed to your visitors. Our pricing is "per campaign." You may only want 1 campaign - one message by the Site Agent. However, we allow you to have multiple Site Agents. For example, you could have 1 campaign for your home page, 1 campaign for your reseller/franchise page, and 1 campaign for your sales pages. In this instance, the setup cost would be for 3 campaigns.

Honestly, you could have a Site Agent on every page of your website. However, we want to meet your actual needs, not overcharge you for services you don't necessarily need. You could have a Site Agent on just a single page, like your website home page. In the event that you wanted a Site Agent/Campaign on more than one page, the setup cost would be for each additional Site Agent/Campaign.

Yes, When you purchase additional Site Agents/Campaigns, you can have the Site Agent convey any message on any page you want.

Generally, it takes 7-14 business days after we have your completed script to have your campaign up and running live. There are two variables beyond our control.  1. Our actor/actress - studio scheduling and 2. When your webmaster copies the coding into your web page that connects our service with your campaign.

We tend to have great judgment when it comes to paring an actor with a campaign. Plus the majority of our clients tend to let us make this call. However, if a client makes a request to see the actor before the content is created, we are happy to fulfill that request. We will send the client a head shot of the actor for their approval.

No. There is no contract or minimum service duration required.

You can change the Site Agent as often as you want. However, with every new Site Agent,  there is a setup cost. 

SiteAgent™ is not subscription based. If you no longer want the agent on your website, simply remove the HTML code from the head of the webpage. You can purchase a new Site Agent/campaign at any time.
